Darim Online is pleased to announce that SYNERGY at UJA Federation of New York has awarded us a grant to research network weaving, and to explore what it would look like for synagogues to function in more networked ways, and to include network weaving as a core competency among their staff, and as a key strategy in their work.
The research will include interviews and focus groups with key people inside and outside of the Jewish community, including experts in network weaving, leaders who have helped their organizations shift to work in more networked ways, and congregations that are already working in these ways (whether by name or in concept).
If you are interested in learning more about the topic, we encourage you to explore June Holley's work on network weaving.
Thank you to UJA Federation of New York for funding this endeavor.
